Who We Are
Sarah I. Serluco, LCSW
I am a caring and compassionate therapist, working with pre-teen & teen girls struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, academic performance, self-harm, suicidal ideations and trauma. Having raised girls, I understand working through these issues can be difficult as a parent and having a good therapist can be valuable.
I am inspired to also work with adult woman experiencing changes in life due to a relationship, infertility, grief, divorce and empty nesting. I truly enjoy being a support to you while also providing concrete tips and knowledge around how to work through these challenges.
My rate is $200 per 50 minute session.
I am a compassionate and experienced therapist with over 15 years of dedicated practice in the mental health field. Drawing on a holistic and eclectic approach, I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and personal growth. At the core of my practice is a strong emphasis on client-centered care. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. Recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique, I seek to collaborate with clients to develop personalized strategies that foster resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. With a deep commitment to mental and emotional well-being, I’ve helped individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My holistic perspective considers the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, ensuring a comprehensive approach to healing.
Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I attempt to bring warmth, empathy, and expertise to every session, empowering clients to unlock their potential and lead more fulfilling lives.

Sydney Royes, LCSW
I provide highly individualized therapy for adolescents and adults navigating personal challenges and changes. My approach is centered on the belief that you are the expert of your own care. Together, we will set meaningful goals and create a personalized plan for positive change, respecting your unique needs. My goal is to foster an environment where you feel understood and empowered, primarily through individual therapy, with group sessions offered situationally. I focus on creating an inclusive environment for individuals across the gender spectrum, particularly girls over 10, women, and gender-queer individuals. I specialize in working on issues such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, while also providing a safe space for clients experiencing social deficits, including those on the autism spectrum.
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, with my practice conveniently located on the Beltline. For a unique experience, I provide walk-and-talk sessions that encourage a deeper mind-body connection, allowing us to explore your thoughts while engaging in movement. Sessions are $100 for 50 minutes. I am currently unable to accept insurance.

How We Can Help
Individual Therapy
We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a type of talk therapy, to help reduce the symptoms of various mental health conditions, primarily depression and anxiety. We help you retrain your brain to think in a different way. We want you to become more aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can challenge those situations and respond to them in a more effective and healthy way.
We Also Have Group Therapy …
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Let's take your session outdoors! Our office is on east side trail of The Beltline. We can infuse your therapy session with the benefits of exercise and fresh air.
